Purchasing:

Where can I choose the style of print or print material when checking out?

When purchasing a print you have to add the style and print material manually in the note/special instructions section on the purchase form.

Examples:

  • If you wanted the See No Evil USA design on Photo Luster paper, you would simply need to put "USA, Luster" in the note/special instructions box as well as any additional comments to do with delivery etc.

  • If you wanted the Innocent Eyes on Somerset Enhanced paper, you would simply need to put "Somerset" in the note/special instructions box as well as any additional comments to do with delivery etc.

I want to order a different sized print to the one you offer?

At the moment the giclée prints we offer come in 14" x 11" [35cm x 28cm]. If you'd like a custom sized print, please email us at ivamara@me.com and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Do you do limited edition print runs?

Currently there are no limited edition print runs in the store. There are plans for the future and they will be located in a specific "Limited Edition Prints" section of the store. They will all come with the artist's signature and individual numbering.

Do you do sign any prints?

Currently the prints that are sold aren't signed. When a limited edition print run is offered they will all come with the artist's signature and individual numbering.

Can I use PayPal?

PayPal is not currently accepted in the store but there are plans to incorporate it soon. At the moment it is only major credit and debit cards that are the accepted method of payment.

 

Tax:

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

A tax rate of 20% [United Kingdom VAT] is included in every purchase price and shipping price.

 

Packaging:

How will my item be packaged?

  • Originals: Your piece will be covered in acid free tissue paper, surrounded by rigid foam boards, with additional padding on the corners and placed securely inside a box of adequate size.

  • Prints: Your piece will be sent out in a rigid cardboard cylinder that offers security from folding or damage.

Will I get a certificate of authenticity with an original piece?

All original pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity that contains: date of completion, title of the piece, a signed declaration from the artist.

 

Shipping:

When will my item be shipped?

Items will be shipped within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the item has shipped.

How much is shipping?

  • Originals: £75. This is due to a number of factors. Originals are much bulkier than prints, need to be packaged with more protection and they're shipped fully insured via worldwide express.

Is shipping insured and traceable?

  • Originals: Your piece will be sent worldwide with one of a variety of couriers depending on the destination country. The item will always be insured and traceable via a tracking number that will be provided once shipped.

  • Prints: Your piece will be shipped and traceable depending on the destination country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can vary from country to country so we can not give guarantees.

  • Originals: Will be sent worldwide express so normally take less that 7 days to reach most countries.

  • Prints: Will be sent out tracked but not express so the times will vary slightly. Europe will be quicker than N. America for example.

 

Customs:

Will I have to pay a custom fee?

We cannot guarantee that you will not have to pay any custom fees. It obviously varies greatly from country to country so check with your countries import rules ahead of purchasing. We will not be held accountable for any custom fees incurred unfortunately.

 

Returns:

Are returns accepted?

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of the order. The order must be in the same condition as it was received in order to qualify for a refund

How do I return an item?

Please email us and we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorisation [RMA] code and return shipping information.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer will incur the return shipping cost and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item back to us in the same condition as it was received.

When will I get my money back?

Once we receive the item back and are satisfied with its condition then a refund will be processed. The original card used for the purchase will receive a refund for the full purchase amount including outgoing shipping within 7-14 days.

Privacy

What do you do with my information?

Any personal information that is provided to ivamara.com is used solely for the purpose of direct contact in regards to a query or order fulfilment. We are hosted by SquareSpace and our orders are processed by Stripe. Their Privacy Policies can be found here and here respectively.

Is your site secure?

This site is run through a third party company called SquareSpace and they are responsible for its security and encryption. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.

Are my credit card details safe?

We do not have access to or hold any card information that you enter when purchasing any item from our store. We use a third party company called Stripe to securely process all our card orders. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.
